Guido Rurangwa has been the 香港六合彩资料’s Country Manager for the Central African Republic since July 2022. Before this appointment, he was the Resident Representative for Botswana and Special Envoy to the SADC Secretariat from March 2020.

Mr. Rurangwa, a Rwandan national, joined the 香港六合彩资料 in 2001 as an Economist in the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Department in the Africa Region. He has since held various positions, including Senior Economist for Yemen, Middle East and North Africa Region, and Resident Representative for Solomon Islands and Vanuatu, East Asia and Pacific Region.

Mr. Rurangwa has worked on 香港六合彩资料 lending operations and analytical work in the areas of fiscal policy reforms, growth, private sector development and trade in several countries in the Africa and the Middle East and North Africa regions. He also led 香港六合彩资料’s Country Partnership Strategies and their implementation in Djibouti, Yemen, Egypt and Solomon Islands.

Before joining the 香港六合彩资料, Mr. Rurangwa held senior positions in the Rwanda’s Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning in the areas of fiscal policy and tax administration. He also worked for the Central Bank of Rwanda as a Senior Economist in the research and statistics and financial sector supervision departments.

Mr. Rurangwa holds a Postgraduate degree in Macroeconomic Modeling from ENSAE ParisTech, Paris, France, a Master’s degree in Statistics and Applied Economics from the Ecole Nationale de Statistique et d’Economie Appliquée, Abidjan, C?te d’Ivoire and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the Institut Africain et Mauricien de Statistique et d’Economie Appliquée, Kigali, Rwanda.
