Staff Registration

Bank staff will be able to fully participate in the Annual Meetings and do not need to register. Registration is only required for those attending the Plenary Session. Attendance at invitation-only ministerial events, such as the Development Committee, IMFC, or G20 Meetings, is restricted to those invited and issued the requisite pin.

Any questions about staff access should be sent to meetingsHR@worldbank.org. Those interested in attending the Plenary Session, and have their manager's approval to attend, should email meetingsHR@worldbank.org to be registered. 

Access

Staff can follow the proceedings along virtually or in-person. Public events will be streamed on . Staff and attendees can visit the schedule to see what events will be streamed online. Events that will be streamed will include a "Watch Event" link that will take staff to the appropriate event streaming page. 

Building Access

Staff will be able to access HQ buildings with their Bank ID.

Annual Meetings badges will allow participants access to the buildings from Monday, October 21, through Saturday, October 26. For delegates only, Annual Meetings badges will allow access through Friday, November 1. During this time, all visitors, including Annual Meetings badge holders, will be subject to magnetometer and x-ray screening before entering Bank/Fund facilities. A security perimeter will be in place from Wednesday, October 23, through Friday, October 25 (dates subject to change). During this time, visitor passes will not be issued for the MC and J buildings. 

Parking

During the Meetings, Bank garages will follow existing parking procedures with parking available for permitted parkers and for Staff who have reserved a space in advance via the parking request form. During the weekend, Bank staff may park in the MC, F, or C buildings with no reservations required. In all cases, garage access will be allowed according to availability.
